Strövstig Huluskogen

Hike through Huluskogen Nature Reserve along a trail that climbs up steep cliffs and offers miles of unbroken forest views. The forest is just over 100 years old, with a few older trees. At the top of the hill, Toppegölen lies in a pot in the mountain. Sedges and herbs grow in and around the lake, and there is also a great crested newt, an endangered and protected amphibian. To the north of the gully, the terrain slopes towards a depression. Small springs flow here, giving rise to vegetation with many demanding species. The hiking trail is marked with orange color markings and is about 3 km long. Be prepared for a fairly demanding hike.
