Svenljunga church could be inaugurated in May 1830 after many battles about where it should be placed. The church was to be the joint church of Svenljunga and Ullasjö and the location was not easy to agree on.
About the church
Construction of Svenljunga's church began in 1829 and was inaugurated in May 1830. The church has been renovated several times, most extensively in the 1970s.
The church also has two Hammarberg organs: a gallery organ from 1961 and a choir organ from 2001.
