The route runs mainly on car-free embankments and takes the visitor through a varied nature, along lakes, leafy hills and miles of forests. Along the route there are attractions, accommodation, restaurants and nice rest areas.

The 36 km long stage from Ulricehamn to Tranemo then runs mainly on embankment and takes you through a varied nature with lake views, leafy hills and miles of forests. The stage runs parallel to the Sjuhäradsrundan trail, and you can follow these signs all the way to Tranemo.
Shortly after Marbäck, the visitor passes Korpeboberg's deciduous forests. The nature reserve consists of deciduous forest areas concentrated around the farms Näsboholm, Kärrabo and Korpebo. It is a fantastic viewing and resting area with benches, tables and barbecue facilities. The Åsundenleden hiking trail also runs here.
Vegby has a campsite and swimming area. If you're in the mood for shopping, you can take a detour in the other direction to Gällstad. In this small town with a solid textile history, you'll find both exciting up-and-comers and internationally known classics in the shops.
In the community of Månstad, the cycle path passes the "center" which mainly consists of beautiful agricultural landscapes and farms. At the station area you can have a coffee in the barbecue hut or walk to a beautiful miniature nature center. From Månstad, a detour to Hofsnäs Herrgård and Torpa stenhus(6 km and 11 km from the trail) is recommended. Here you will find accommodation and food close to the lake in a fantastic environment with a lot of interesting history and nice hiking trails. Torpa Stenhus is one of Sweden's best preserved manor houses from the 16th century. Experience the unique architecture and exciting stories at the castle.
On the way to Tranemo, the trail passes Skårtebo nature reserve, with several short hiking trails and rest areas. It also passes Opensten, which was a medieval defense fortress dating back to the 13th century.
