Granhammars cykelled

Welcome to the Granhammar cycle path.

A varied trail, mostly on gravel roads through villages and forests. From the community of Kungsör you cycle up the fault line at Sandskogsbacken. Through Granhammar village and then Skäftruna village where there is the farm shop Wonderful home. The trail has partly a new route around Hundberget.

On the large marshlands south of Lindsved, Karl XI hunted grouse in the 1600s. Nowadays the land is drained and crops are grown there.

Then the tour continues via Lilla Lida and Råsta before turning towards Kungsör again. In Kungsör there are many lunch restaurants and coffee shops such as café Brovakten and Himmelsberga hembakt on Kungsudden.
