Friluftsliv på recept - Sundsbruk grön

There is a nice walking tour on footpaths around the residential areas of Sundsbruk. This tour is best suited to people who live nearby and you can join the tour wherever it suits you best. However, this description of the tour starts from the large apartment buildings at Hammarvägen.

On the other side of Hammarvägen from the high-rise buildings (opposite number 9), a paved walkway winds its way up to Lisatået. You follow this walkway and then continue along the street diagonally to the right. This street ends in a pedestrian and bicycle path that you can follow across Västlandsvägen and further down past the playground. At the playground there are benches to rest on.

Continue down past the playground until you reach the end of Galaxvägen. Here you take the green roundabout left and follow Galaxvägen up. Just after Galaxvägen makes a sharp left turn, turn right onto the footpath next to the apartment buildings. When you reach a junction, turn left and then immediately right. This will take you onto a footpath that runs out onto the large grass field between the apartment buildings. If you then turn left, you are back where this description started. This route is 1.6 kilometers and is illuminated with lights when it is dark.
