Friluftsliv på recept - Sundsbruk blå

There is a nice walking tour on footpaths around the residential areas of Sundsbruk. This tour is best suited to people who live nearby and you can join the tour wherever suits you best. However, this description of the tour starts from the large apartment buildings at Hammarvägen.

On the other side of Hammarvägen from the high-rise buildings (opposite number 9), a paved walkway winds up to Lisatået. You follow this walkway and then continue along the street diagonally to the right. This street ends in a pedestrian and bicycle path that you can follow across Västlandsvägen and further down past the playground. At the playground there are benches to rest on.

Continue down past the playground until you reach the end of Galaxvägen. Turn right onto the footpath through the tunnel under the railroad. Just after the tunnel you can turn left onto a path. It comes out at the edge of some barns. Follow this path, which runs alongside the railroad at the edge of the
until it reaches a gravel road. This gravel road in turn leads to Johannedalsvägen. Keep left and cross the railroad bridge. Then turn left again onto Sundsvägen, round the kindergarten and keep right and you will enter the footpath that goes over the large lawn between the large apartment buildings in central Sundsbruk.
