Outdoor Gym at Björkvallen

Right by the Björkvallen sports ground, you’ll find an outdoor gym that welcomes everyone – whether you're just getting started or already love to move. There are six stations, and since some of them are flexible, you can try up to twelve different exercises.

Looking for something extra fun? There's also a climbing course nearby – great for both balance, play and a bit of challenge.

The gym is lit in the evenings, so whether you're an early riser or prefer a sunset workout, it’s ready when you are.
