MTB-led Granebergsskogen

In southern Uppsala there is a landscaped cycle path for mountain biking. The trail runs in three loops through Vårdsätra forest, Granebergsskogen and Sunnerstaåsen's outdoor area. The bike trail is about 10 kilometers long. It is divided into 3.5 kilometers in Vårdsätra forest, 1.5 kilometers in Granebergsskogen, 4 kilometers in Sunnerstaåsen's outdoor area and transport distances in between of 1.7 kilometers. The trail is marked with blue bicycle stickers. The transport sections along Vårdsätravägen have red bicycle stickers.

The rights and obligations of the right of public access apply to all mountain biking.

Keep this in mind:

• Be considerate of other hikers.
• Be extra careful if other hikers are moving slower than you or have animals or children with them.
• Signal encounters along trails and paths.

You are allowed to cycle on the constructed cycle path even if the ground is wet. However, do not cycle on other nature trails and paths when the ground is wet, as they may be damaged.
