Gravel beach path from the cycle path from Ropsten at Baggeby Gård along the water past Baggeby, Lidingsberg (rough nature trail about 200m), Larsberg where the path goes up the mountain, Larsberg pier with shuttle boat traffic, Dalénum new residential area, Kappsta nature reserve, around Boghammar's shipyard and further down to Parksätrastranden, Mölnastranden and Mölna brygga, over Mölna äng and in a hook through buildings and along Sjöstigen back down to the water further over log and stone below Högberga and to Breviksängarna. Along the route there are cultural remains of Baggeby Gård and Gropens fiskestuga, the memorial site for Raoul Wallenberg in Kappsta, remains of Mölna old mill area. Natural values and key biotopes in mixed forest and oak forest below Baggeby and Larsberg, jetty paths on the shoreline, signposted nature trail in Larsberg grove, botanical rarities in Kappsta nature reserve, fishing opportunities at Parkbryggan, Tykö brygga and Mölna brygga, waterfall at the mill pond where the common tern often appears in winter and key biotope in the forest below Mölna terraced house area which is architecturally interesting. Wetland at Breviksängarna and perhaps the best place to see the herring gull on the pier in Brevik.
