Stadsparken, Åkers kanal

The park follows Åkers Canal from north to south through Åkersberga. The elongated shape invites people to walk, run and boat. At the same time, widenings in the canal function as green oases with space for ball games, spontaneous sports, picnics, social interaction, events and public life. The variety of environments and the opportunity for different experiences and activities mean that the park is experienced as many different park spaces.
