Description
Sandaspåret is a 2.1 km nature trail and exercise track with electric lights that runs in the forest around Sandakärret. The forest is untouched up on the lean mountain ridge, which the nature trail rounds to the west.
Length: 2.0 km
Marking: red/white
Characteristics: Hilly with a couple of heavy counter slopes.
The trail is handicap friendly.
**Other information.
A barbecue area, benches and a so-called "tree chair" are available at the marsh.
At the track there is also an outdoor gym consisting of three different stations but where it is also possible to perform several different exercises at each station.
At Sandakärret there is also a disco golf course with nine holes to discover.

Sandaskogen has a visitor parking lot with about ten spaces. If you are traveling by car, drive Breddenvägen and turn off at Sandakärret.
Directions
Take bus 533 or 684 from Upplands Väsbys station to the Sundsborg stop. Follow the road to the right/south until you reach Sandaskogen and the track.
