Bird tower

The bird tower is located in the forest in the lower corner of Rudsjön on a small hillock. From here there is a good view of the entire wetland and the alder swamp forest. The tower is built on two floors, where the second floor has a windbreak at the back edge and a smaller roof.

The bird tower can be reached either from the reserve center Vikinghillsvägen, or from Åbroddsvägen. Both have parking spaces. It is also possible to walk from Velamsundsgården, and the large parking lot and walk along Velamsundsvägen. It is also possible to walk Velamsundsvägen or follow the blue trail.

To reach the tower, the hike goes along a path, which means that the place is only partially accessible.
