Beachy easy path around Bosön and with long stretches along the water. Bumpy. The path passes Dalakolonin, an allotment area from the early 1900s (sign is available), and over Bosön - the Swedish Sports Confederation's Development Center. In the west, nature trails through forest with key biotope. Opportunities for spontaneous hiking. Exercise trail in the forest adjacent to the Sports Institute.

Varied. Bumpy path around Dalakolonin then good gravel path past Idrottsinstitutet. Local street Bosövägen north and then easy path and forest trails to Boviksvägen. At the intersection with Bosövägen pass the road and into the fine Lidingöloppsspåret and then back to the boat harbor.
Parking
In summer, on gravel surfaces at Bosön's boat landing site, Bosö Hamnväg. Subject to availability next to the Sports Institute.
