Actions
Description
Tingstuhöjden is an area close to urban areas in the northern part of Strängnäs. Here grows mainly pine forest. In the area there is a jogging track (formerly an electric light track) that is frequently used.
Tingstuhöjden is, as the name suggests, hilly and there are several viewpoints with views of Strängnäs and Lake Mälaren. Be sure to visit Sankt Eskil's spring while you're here. According to legend, the spring has sprung up on the site where Södermanland's apostle, Sankt Eskil, was stoned to death in the late 11th century.
