Elljusspåret in Flen has a start and finish opposite Hammarvallens IP, before Slottsängens nursing home. The track is very hilly. Since 2015, the track is illuminated by so-called LED lights.

The electric light trail is also a loop for the exercises with pulse and strength.

The Activity Rounds concept is based on twelve signs along a loop or path. On the paths you can start at the end you choose. At the start, you'll find a sign describing the content of the walk and a map showing the route of the loop or trail. Exciting research and interesting facts about the body and brain can be found on the signs. The signs are digital and you can use a QR code to find the exercises, which are shown with text, illustrations and videos.

In Flens municipality there are seven Activity Rounds that encourage and offer tips on health-promoting exercises for mind and body.
