Aktivitetsrunda Harmonirundan Å-promenaden

In Flen, Harmonirundan runs between the footbridge over the river at Nygårdsgatan extension and the marina at Salsta. You can choose at which end you start.

The Activity Rounds concept is based on twelve signs along a loop or path. On the routes, you can start at the end you choose. At the start, you'll find a sign describing the content of the tour and a map showing the route of the loop or trail. Exciting research and interesting facts about the body and brain can be found on the signs. The signs are digital and you can use a QR code to find the exercises, which are shown with text, illustrations and videos.

In Flens municipality there are seven Activity Rounds that encourage and offer tips on health-promoting exercises for mind and body.
