Höganäs - Ängelholm, Kattegattleden

**You cycle across the beautiful Kulla Peninsula which is filled with art, farm shops and flea markets. The route is a mix of low rolling, open fields and high, hilly terrain with a fantastic view. On the way towards Ängelholm is the Kronoskogen forest. In its southern part, called Siberia, there is an exciting UFO monument.

After Höganäs you pass small harbors and beaches like Strandbaden and Nyhamnsläge. The tour continues over the beautiful, dramatic Kulla Peninsula. Just after Lerhamn is Krapperups castle dating back to the 16th century.

At the far end of the Kulla Peninsula is the Kullaberg Nature Reserve, and if you have time for a detour, it is well worth a visit. Kullaberg offers a variety of activities, such as hiking and rock climbing. The highest point - Håkull - measures 187 meters above sea level.

When you reach the sea again, you pass the communities of Arild, Skäret, Jonstorp and Norra Häljaröd and on the route there are several nice cafés.

Ängelholm - City of activities and experiences!

Six kilometers of sandy beach, crystal clear water and beautiful dunes - that's Ängelholm, which is beautifully located at the far end of Skälderviken between the Bjäre and Kulla peninsulas, tempting with magnificent nature experiences.

The Rönne River meanders through the city and invites you to both canoeing and fishing. If you are lucky, you can catch salmon, pike or perch on the hook and if you pass through during the summer, a trip with the sightseeing boat Laxen is recommended.

In a lush deciduous forest in the middle of the city you will find Ängelholm's Hembygdspark, a lovely oasis for the whole family. There is a zoo with Nordic animals, five different museums and a really cozy playground. Do you dare to try the climbing course high up in the treetops?

The Railway Museum and Ängelholm Aviation Museum are two adventure museums suitable for the whole family and in central Ängelholm you will find everything from cozy little shops and cafés to restaurants where you can enjoy local produce.
