Buktenleden

Buktenleden, starting from Hökafältet, is a transportation route that takes you along the coast and exciting beach forests to Båstad.

At the start at Hökafältet's entrance in northern Mellbystrand there is parking, toilet and barbecue area. Here you will also find the Bukten track (blue track, no. 1), a children's track (green track, no. 2) and a technical track.

The Bukten trail takes you along the coast of Halland on the way down to charming Båstad. On the way, you can take a detour into Norra Skummeslöv nature reserve where you cycle on the 2.7 km long blue loop (no. 3) with lovely curves, short hills and sections of loose sand.

Keep in mind that you are partly cycling in nature reserves. Take care of nature and show consideration for other cyclists. Avoid soft paths when it is wet out in the fields.
