The hiking trail, which is steep in places, takes you around the nature reserve and is 4 km long. The trail passes over rocky areas with old pines but also through dark spruce forests. The view from the ancient castle Torsborgen is beautiful. This is where people took refuge during the unrest of the Migration Period. You can make a small detour up to the rocky beaches of Herrsjön if you want to take a dip, otherwise it is convenient to use the bathing area's jetties in Lillsjön.
