Description

Övralid was the last home of the author Verner von Heidenstam's (1859-1940). The classically stylish house was built according to the author's own drawings on the slope above Lake Vättern. In 1925 he was able to move into the new house which is today preserved as he left it when he died in 1940. During the summer, Övralid is open to visitors.
