Hemfjärden runt is the bike trail's bike trail here in Örebro. On the round there are many different sights such as nature reserves, historical sites and views out over Hjälmaren. Halfway on the tour there is a summer café at Norra Ässundet, where you can have a coffee or have lunch and swim at the dock next door. Contact the café for current opening hours.

At Norra Ässundet you cross the strait with the bicycle ferry M/F Åbäket. You pay a voluntary fee of SEK 50 for the trip and payment is made by Swish.

En härlig tur längs Osets och Rynningevikens grusvägar för att sedan övergå till asfalterade och trafikerade vägar fram till Glanshammar och ner till Äss-sundet.
Vid Ässundet blir det ett naturligt stopp för att vänta på cykelfärjan som går varje hel timme, där passar man på att köpa kaffe och räkmacka.

Bitvis mindre bra cykelvägar men i det stora hela en helt fantastisk cykeltur.
