Utegym Telestadshöjden

On October 14, 2022, this new outdoor gym was opened, which is well located between southern Teleborg, Vikaholm and Telestadshöjden. This outdoor gym is complete and suitable for many active people who want to combine fitness with strength. The area has lighting and a variety of stations such as bench press, shoulder press, rowing, back lifts, leg bends, rope climbing, jumping up, step-up, push-ups, arm walk and pulling exercises in the railing and pole for training bands. Welcome here for a workout all year round!
