Disc-golf starting point, Haganäs park

Here is where your round at the Haganäsparken disc golf course begins — featuring both an 18‑hole course and a shorter 9‑hole layout winding through the park, suitable for beginners and experienced players alike.

Disc golf is easy to get started with: you throw a disc toward a basket and try to complete each hole in as few throws as possible. Think golf, but with frisbees and a much more relaxed atmosphere. A hole is finished when your disc lands in the basket.

Want to give it a try? You can borrow discs for free at the service center in Älmhult’s town hall. If you have a regular frisbee at home, that works perfectly fine for your first round as well. At the starting point, you’ll also find an information board showing the course layout and explaining the basics.

The course is maintained and developed by the Älmhult disc golf club, which charges a daily green fee of 30 SEK — with 5 SEK from each fee donated to The Swedish Cancer Society.
