Vätterstranden

Vätterstranden stretches from Rosenlund in the east and a few kilometers west towards the city center. You can easily get to Vätternstranden on foot, by bike or by bus.

There is a lot of public and bathing life in the summer. There is a footpath and cycle path along the beach. To the east there are large grass areas for sunbathing and activities. There are also beach volleyball courts and a street basketball court. The water of Lake Vättern is clean and clear. The sandy beach is light and fine-grained.

The bath is adapted for the disabled with a ramp down to the water.

Facilities only during the bathing season.
