Tegnertornet

Tegnértornet (Skogstornet), located 2.5 km east of Grännaberget.Tegnértornet (Skogstornet). From here you have a view for miles. The tower is 27 meters high and is 262 meters above Lake Vättern. It was built in 1973 on the initiative of the famous sports enthusiast Torsten Tegnér. To get to the tower's parking lot by car, take the exit from highway 133 east of the E4 and follow the road for about 1.5 km. From there there is a 1.3 km long path to the tower. The path is part of Holavedsleden, which is connected to both Västanåleden and the John Bauer trail.
