Nydalarundan cycle route

A wonderful and varied tour of about 80 km, all on hard surfaces. On the way to Nydala and the old abbey, you’ll pass sights such as Hörle Castle, the Fryeleforsen rapids, Fryele Village and the weather station in Hagshult. After Hagshult, enjoy a long descent before tackling the hill up to Svensbygd. By the north-eastern parts of the lake, there are views stretching for miles of Lake Rusken. In summer, you can enjoy a coffee break at the railway café in Ohs. Why not take a detour and see the stone walls in Sötåsa, before heading back to Värnamo. The route is not signposted, but you can use the map in the mobile app to stay on course.
