Description
Mariannelund Fishing Club was formed in 1958 and, since 1 June 1985, has leased all the lakes belonging to Eksjö municipality within the former Mariannelund köping municipality.
We pursue recreational fishing and fishing conservation, and we grant fishing rights to the public.
Our clubhouse is located in a scenic area next to Lake Skruven, where the club also has a disabled-friendly jetty. The cottage (Villa Alberti) was moved to this lake in the early 1960s from Centralgatan 1. The cost was SEK 1, and the seller was the Mariannelundskolan foundation.
Mariannelund Fishing Club offers varied fishing, with perch, pike etc. in lower Åsjöarna and Fagersjön, and river fishing for brown trout in Brusaån.
