Torvalla primeval forest is located half a mile south of Östersund. The easiest way to reach the reserve is via a footpath and cycle path between Östra Odensala and Torvalla, or by bus.

- hunting, trapping or deliberately killing animals, damaging or removing eggs and nests or otherwise disturbing wildlife
- camping or making fires
- littering with tin, glass, plastic, paper or other waste
- drive a motorized vehicle.

Häftigt att ha en sån urskog så nära stan. Så enkelt att bara slinka in där och känna skillnaden från övriga skogar. Var där med våra mullebarn och gjorde upptäckter förra hösten.
