The area is most easily reached by car via Olden. From Olden, drive in the direction of the hill for a little more than 2 kilometers and turn right at Kvarnbacken. Follow the gravel road for about 2 kilometers to a three-way junction and then continue straight ahead and park at the side of the road. After 200 meters there is a road barrier that may be closed and then you have to walk for about 7 kilometers to reach the reserve. The easiest way to get in is via an existing reindeer fence where there will also be an information sign. Remember to respect and keep your distance if there is activity at the reindeer fence.

Welcome to Duvviegaejsie. Please note that in the reserve it is not allowed to:

• pick and collect species of any kind, with the exception of berries and edible mushrooms,
• climbing trees, staying near a bird of prey's nest, lair or pot, collecting animals or otherwise deliberately harming or disturbing wildlife,
• damaging the ground, boulders, vegetation, dry trees or other dead wood
• drive a motorized vehicle. Without the permission of the County Administrative Board, it is forbidden to:
• carry out or conduct organized outdoor activities, competitions, camp activities, military exercises or other organized events.
