Railway Embankment

You walk on the cultural-historical Banvallen, where trains travelled the route from 1908 to 1960.

The trail runs along the old railway embankment between Burgsvik harbour and Käldhagen in the north.

Along Banvallen you will experience a scenic coastal strip, if you walk in the evening you can experience magnificent sunsets.

Banvallen is easily accessible for young and old, the surface is even and firm. You can walk with e.g. prams and walkers.
