Jon-Lars was built in the 1850s by two brothers who each decorated half of the house in different styles. The brocaded attic is unique with its double pair of doors. The bedchamber has murals by Svärde's Hans Ersson and inside the courtyard there are French wallpapers that were the highest fashion of the time.
