Description
The walking trail is just over 2 km long and consists mostly of gravel and asphalt. The loop is sometimes scenic and offers a nice environment in Bruksparken and along Ljusnan. A short stretch runs along a road.
In Bruksparken there is a boules court and a number of benches with tables. If you want to take a longer walk and enjoy more of the sea, you can continue over the car bridge to Ljusne harbor and walk out towards the pilot station. Once there, turn back the same way. The walk will then be about 1 km longer. There is a bench just before the boat docks.
You also walk past one of Sweden's longest graffiti walls and the former chain factory where a cultural association is now located. They have an exhibition space right next door in the old power station.
The bus stop is called Ljusne torg. There are parking spaces adjacent to the trail, preferably by Ljusnefjärden.
