Kvarnbäcksfallen/Njutfallen

Probably the most spectacular waterfalls in the municipality. The trail takes you around a loop where it is possible to see the waterfalls from both sides. The flow of the stream and the falls varies greatly and is most spectacular during spring floods or just after a heavy rain.

Signposts show where it is advisable to go from the trail to the stream and falls. The trail is wide but uneven in places with rocks and roots.

Like so many other small watercourses, there are many traces of human activity. In the past, there have been mines, dams, mills and saws along the stream.

NOTE! There are no barriers or safety nets/fences so be aware of safety when visiting.
