Description

This summer trail takes you to Njupeskär waterfall. The sound of the water crushing is almost deafening and creates a heavy mist that many unusual mosses and lichens enjoy.

Njupeskär is easy to walk to during the bare ground period, and only low shoes are needed. The trail is graveled and boarded. Ask at the visitor center before you set out, because the trail is a bit steep in places.

Only part of the trail is adapted for wheelchairs and prams.

Note! Keep in mind that Njupeskärsleden is a summer trail and in winter it can be very slippery in places. We do not recommend going down the Njupeskärslavinen, as there is a risk of landslides and avalanches.
