Gruvvandringen

Hike through cultural-historical environments and partly fine old forest. The path is narrow but well-trodden and the terrain is sometimes very hilly. Along the way there is brief information that Åhls hembydsförening has produced. Imagine what it must have sounded like here 200 years ago - mining has been carried out here for more than 500 years and until the 1860s. If you start the walk at the fish ponds in Solberga and go clockwise, you will first come to Könsta and the mighty foundation of the bar passage. Then you continue to the Blackberget minefield and over Gruvberget, where there is a slag shed. Then you go down to Insjön's copper mine - there is a rest area with benches. Back towards Solberga you walk along an old canal.
