Stolta Slätt

S_tolta Plain was formerly a quarry area used for quarrying during the 20th century and until the early 2000s.

The area around Stolta slätt combines raw industrial history with natural environments. It is close to hiking trails on Stärnö, and the old quarry can sometimes be seen as a water-filled tub in the landscape - a fascinating feature for photographers, nature lovers and history buffs alike.
