The house of about 200 sqm is on two levels with everything adapted for 12 people, kitchen, dining room, two living rooms, five bedrooms and two bathrooms. Decorated in light turn-of-the-century style with its own garden where everyone gets a room at the seating area and sofa group. Below the house is a boat for tours and fishing in Arbogaån.

The house is located three kilometers outside the medieval town of Arboga with cobbled alleys, small shops and cozy cafes. Several swimming spots are nearby.
