Rödåborg is home to one of the country's most northerly cornflowers. The favorable location on the south-facing hillside means that the cornflower thrives here. In Västerbotten, the cornflower is protected.

Anleitung
Drive from Umeå towards Vindeln and through Överrödå along road 363. At the end of the village take the road up towards Rödåberget and follow the road for some 500 meters. Before the nature conservation area is Rödåberget nature reserve.

Tyvärr är stora delar av reservatet numera en föryngringsyta. Tyvärr finns det inte så mycket blåsippor kvar, även om någon enstaka kikar fram här och där. Överrödås naturreservat intill är dock ett myller av blåsippor!
