Bicycle tour in Sweden's rune stone densest area. Lots of rune stones and other ancient monuments along the way.

The stretch between Lid and Aspa 7 km is gravel road, the other parts are paved with asphalt. The total length of the route is 24 km. From Stora torget in Nyköping it is 15 km (one way) via Runtunavägen, road 807 to connect to the round.

The church in Lid has a toilet in a small red house by the churchyard.
