Röda Sand, Brevens bruk

There is a jetty, changing cabins, barbecue area and a toilet. There is also a small sandy beach and fairly large grassy areas. The site is the start and finish of a hiking trail, Ringsbergsleden, which runs between Sandvad's sports cabin and Brevens bruk. The distance to Sandvad is 15 km and to Kilsmo 9 km. Not far from the bathing area is a waterfall, Hunnebergsfallet, in a beautiful ravine landscape. The waterfall that powered a saw is located in Byggebäcken between Skirasjön and Botaren. The difference in level is about 24 m.
